ضع في قدر عميق:

► خمس اكواب ماء
► كوب ونصف حليب مجفف
► نصف كوب نشاء

حرك المكونات بواسطه مشبك حتى الذوبان التام ثم اضف:

► كوب سكر
► كوب شوفان

شغل النار على حراره مرتفعه مع التحريك الدائم بواسطه مقحفه خشبيه حتى اللزاجه… عندها خفض الحراره لادنى درجه غليان مع التحريك الدائم ثم اضف ظرف فانيلا وتابع الطهي لحوالى لدقيقتين قبل الرفع عن النار والسكب في اكواب التقديم… والف صحه من قناه ايهاب بلانت

? ما هو القمر الدموي

تحدث ظاهرة القمر الدموي عندما يكون القمر في حالة خسوف كلي، ويحدث الخسوف الكلي للقمر عندما يكون القمر كاملا اي أن أشعة الشمس يجب أن تضيء سطح القمر بالكامل لكن هذا لا يحدث في الخسوف بسبب تزامن وجود القمر والأرض والشمس على مستوى واحد، الأمر الذي لا يحدث عادة لأن محور دوران القمر حول الأرض يختلف عن محور دوران الأرض حول الشمس ويؤدي مرور كوكب الأرض بين الشمس والقمر الى حجب أشعة الشمس عن القمر مسببًا الخسوف، ورغم تغطية ظل الأرض لكامل القمر وحجبها أشعة الشمس عنه إلا أنه في بعض الأحيان تتسرب بعض أشعة الشمس من سطح الارض وتسقط على القمر وتعكس اللون الاحمر لأنه يمتلك الطول الموجي الأعلى بين الألوان وهذا ما يعطي القمر الدموي لونه الأحمر المميز، وتعتمد درجة ظهور اللون الأحمر في القمر الدموي على نسبة التلوث والغطاء السحابي أو الغبار العالق في الغلاف الجوي لحظة حصول الخسوف على سبيل المثال عند حدوث الخسوف بعد فترة وجيزة من انفجار بركاني فإن الجسيمات العالقه في الغلاف الجوي جراء البركان تجعل القمر الدموي يبدو غامقًا بشكل أكبر.
