PS5: The Tech Explained

This is everything YOU need to know about Sony’s new released PS5 and the technology behind their incredible console, and duel sense controller.

We’re going to explain the PS5’s tech so you can know what you’re getting into while you wait in line to buy it. The next gen machines boast numbers in units of measurement that not all of us easily understand. We’re going to cover the main ones so that you can be better informed when joining in the great gaming debate of 2020. We’re going to give a broad and general overview of the PS5 and Series X’s Graphics Processing Units (GPU or Graphics Card), Central Processing Units (CPU), Random Access Memory (RAM or memory), Solid State Drives (SSD), 4K Ultra High Definition Blu Ray disc drive, and the Tempest 3D Audiotech.

We’re going to compare each of these specs to the XBox Series X’s and preface each section with a quick explanation as to what each spec really means in relation to the user experience. In short, what are teraflops, and why do they matter. What is RAM, and how will it speed up the gaming process. How can the Zen RDNA 2 make mind blowing graphics that will please me beyond last gen (or can it even do that at all). It probably can, but it will take time, as the new games will look slightly better than the PS4 and XBox One’s, but the games coming out in a few years will be really mind blowing, as they will be able to ful out the machines’ specs and push them to their full potential. The Elder Scrolls VI and other big games coming out next year and the year after will really show what the next generation of consoles can do.

PS5 Vs Xbox Series X: The Complete Buyers Guide

PS5 Vs Xbox Series X is going to be the debate that fuels the next couple of years – but for now, with pre sales, and more consoles on their way officially in novermber, just in time for the holidays – here’s your complete buyers guide to which one you should chose!

Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Sub_to_TheGamer

Should you buy the PlayStation 5 in 2020? How about the Xbox Series X? Neither? Well, I think it’s time we break down what we know and see if we can help find out which of these next gen systems could suit you best!
Both of these systems are launching next month – hitting store shelves on November 10 for the Xbox Series X and Series S, and November 12 for the PlayStation 5. And both most definitely have their own strengths and weaknesses, too!
What makes this console generation interesting is how different it is from the generations that came before it. For the first time I can think of, all three major console makers are doing their own things instead of fully directly competing with one another. Sure, Nintendo has been like this since at least the days of the Wii, and they still are, but to say that the PS5 and Series X are targeting the same folks would be wrong. There’s some overlap, sure, but each of these systems have their own strengths and weaknesses that we’re going to cover in today’s buying guide! So, today TheGamer, let’s try to answer the question: Should you get a PS5 or Xbox Series X in 2020?

Glitches and Bugs That Made The Game Better

Ever play a game and find a glitch that drastically makes your game that much better!? Well we have! These are 10 glitches or bugs that drastically improved gameplay!

It would make sense to hear that all your favorite features in all your favorite games were the result of dedicated design, practice, and study. After all, games are notoriously complicated things to build that often require years of development before release. However, you may be surprised to know that more features than you think in games you love actually came from glitches.

Unintended consequences, or glitches, aren’t always a bad thing: just because a game isn’t doing what the developer’s intended doesn’t necessarily mean what it’s doing isn’t a great time. From Street Fighter to Minecraft to Mario and everything in-between, we’re here today to take a look at 10 unbelievable times the greatest, most memorable parts of games actually started out as glitches.

10 Knock Off Game Controllers You Don’t Want To Play With

Video game consoles have always been super expensive – and naturally gave birth to a ton of knock off accessories. These are 10 of those after market controllers you’d never want to have to play with!

Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Sub_to_TheGamer

We’ve listed the ten worst gaming controllers money can buy for your entertainment, and ours. With competitive gaming and eSports on the rise, you can’t risk being knocked out of a tournament because of a faulty controller. You have to know your handheld controller like the back of your hand so you can win win win. And even for all the recreational gamers out there – if you’re going to spend hours playing a game, there are certain pitfalls you want to avoid, and having a terrible controller is one of them

As much as we like looking at what’s the best buy in terms of controllers to gain an edge, sometimes it’s comforting to know that there are many consumers who were duped. Sometimes, it’s their punishment for cheaping out, buying a less expensive aftermarket controller. And sometimes it’s because of their attraction to a strange novelty item.

We’re going to look at (surprise surprise) a lot of Mad Catz controllers, a bowling ball controller, a sword, a PC controller with a really big ball, a controller based on the Wu-Tang iron lung symbol, a controller with a wheel on it, and some retro rehashes that missed their mark. It’s fun to think that they tried really hard and failed, the way we tried really hard to beat Ninja Gaiden Sigma and failed. Keep on the lookout for these duds at swap meets, garage sales and flea markets, and remember this video.
