Breaking News: US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has submitted his resignation in a letter to President Donald Trump.
In his resignation letter he said he was “honoured” to be in his position since 2016 and said the Department of Justice had “restored and upheld the rule of law”.
Sessions joined the Trump administration after serving as a senator for Alabama for twenty years.
