Should You Buy A Nintendo Wii In 2021?

Should You Still Buy A Nintendo Wii In 2021?

Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Sub_to_TheGamer

So, it’s on your mind, it’s on my mind, it’s on everybody’s mind: the Nintendo Wii. Not the Wii U, not the memes, but the actual Wii. That thing with motion controls that came out in 2006. A teenaged boy later, is the Wii still worth a buy? Are the games and systems even still around, and around for a reasonable price? And since so much time has passed, is the Wii even the best way to play Wii games anymore? From emulators to consoles that came after to remakes and ports, buying a Wii today is a very different proposition than buying a Wii 15 years ago. In this video we’re going to take a look at the Wii, the prices and availability of Wii stuff, the homebrew scene, and the emulation scene; then, we’ll end with a conclusion where we put it all together and tell you what makes the most sense for who. If you remember the Wii at all fondly, or if you never got around to actually playing its games, you’re missing out, and playing them today doesn’t have to cost you much, or anything at all. So, strap in, get ready, and let’s talk about the Nintendo Wii.
