Top aides air fears over Donald Trump’s Ukraine call

A White House aide who heard Donald Trump’s phone call with the President of Ukraine has told the impeachment inquiry it was “improper”.

In impassioned testimony, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman said it was ‘improper’ that the US President asked Ukraine to investigate his political rival Joe Biden.

But Republicans dismissed the testimony as an interpretation.

US softens position on Israeli settlements in West Bank

Palestinian officials have condemned the US’ softening of its stance on Israeli settlements in the West Bank in the latest move from the Trump administration to anger Palestinians.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo rebutted a 1978 State Department legal opinion that held that civilian settlements in the occupied territories are “inconsistent with international law”.

It’s a beastly 4.0L six-cylinder turbocharged unit that churns out enough combined tire smoke yearly to blot out the sun! These engines are the best that Australia has to offer, and they reign supreme in the land down under. The boys think that Chevrolet might have just built something in the Vortec 4200 that could be a better Barra! Both engines are around four liters, both are inline-six cylinders, both have 24 valves, so there’s only one thing to do, and that’s build a couple of these Vortec engines up, bolt turbochargers to them, and see what they can do!
