Surprise again! Remember when we did the last project car showdown for Episode 74 instead of 75? Well, we’re keeping up with the chaos by serving up this one for Episode 101 instead of 100. You knew we wouldn’t let you down and not deliver a Roadkill-style showdown around another milestone. On this episode of Roadkill, David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan bring their best Dodge project cars out to the M1 Concourse for the annual Roadkill Nights event powered by Dodge in Pontiac,Michigan. This time it’s a road course, skidpad, and drag racing with seven favorite project cars. And since this is an all-Dodge showdown, we had to bring out the Mopar man himself, Steve Dulcich, to partake in the action. Will he lose the course and kill maximum cones? Find out on this epic showdown! #Roadkill #MotorTrend

What Did Nintendo Make Before Video Games?

Do you know how old the makers of Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Smash bros, and pokemon is? What did Nintendo make before it made the snes, n64, switch, game cube, wii? and when did it start?

Nintendo has been one of the foundations of the video game industry since the beginning. From arcade machines that gobbled millions of quarters in the 1980s, to handheld systems that put the most powerful and exciting games into players’ pockets, Nintendo has been a leader in video game technology.

While the Japanese tech giant made its name in recent decades, the company itself has been around since the late 19th Century. Nintendo got its start as a gaming company, but for a different kind of portable gaming. The company also published highly successful card games more than a century before “Pokemon”.

However, the long story of Nintendo was not always one filled with success. A leadership change, a devastating world war, economic downturns, and ill-advised attempts at diversification left the company in dire straits before the video game revolution gave it another chance.

In today’s video, we’re going to look at the history of Nintendo, from playing card publisher to video game titan, and all the ups and downs in between.
