How To Transform Leftover Rice

Julia Turshen is the award-winning cook book author of Feed the Resistance and Small Victories, and in her new book, Now & Again, she’s showing readers what to do with leftovers. In the book, she breaks down seven things to do with leftover rice. And in this video, she’s showing us one of them—how to turn that leftover rice in to a warming rice pudding with fruit.

There are plenty of recipes out there talking about how to make fried rice with your leftovers, but few showing you how to take that takeout container in your fridge and turn it in to a super easy dessert.
