In astrophysics, however, gas plays a prominent role throughout the Universe; from planetary and stellar atmospheres to the vast expanses of interstellar and intergalactic space. Gas clouds are also critical to the formation and development of stars and the life cycle of galaxies. Observations of light emitted by gaseous matter in these various environments provides a large and important component of our knowledge of the cosmos. Join us, for a gas-tronomical feast for the mind.

The big movie this weekend is the Tom Cruise starrer Edge of Tomorrow. We admittedly didn’t know what to think of it going in, but here’s what we thought! (Non-specific discussion of ending 3:22) Subscribe: http://goo.gl/9AGRm

It’s really, actually, a lot of fun and pretty badass, and featured Tom Cruise playing a somewhat different character than you’re used to. It’s a solid story, featuring some Rad guns and robot armor. So, we think it’s worth checkin out!
