مجلس ٢٠٠٩ الساقط بإرادة شعبية تمثلت في نتائج إنتخابات ٢٠١٢ وسقوط أغلبية ٢٠٠٩ هذا المجلس يراد له اليوم أن يقوم بدور أسوء من دوره السابق ,
عندما يكون مجلس مرفوض شعبيا ومتهم أخلاقيا هو المؤتمن على نظام إنتخابي للأمة وعندما يتم تحدي إرادة الأمة بمحاولة إرجاعه فعلى الديمقراطية السلام .
