سعودي يتنازل عن القصاص مقابل كبد القاتل

تنازل مواطن سعود ي أمس، عن قاتل ابنه لوجه الله تعالى من القصاص، واشترط على لجنة إصلاح ذات البين إسقاط الحق العام عن قاتل ابنه، وإرجاعه لعمله، بشرط أن يُكمل القاتل إجراءات تبرعه لخالته بجزء من كبده.

وأوضح المواطن حمدان الشمراني “والد القتيل” صلاح ، أنه تنازل أمام لجنة إصلاح ذات البين لوجه الله تعالى، على أن يستكمل إجراءات التنازل في المحكمة، مبيّناً أنه اشترط على لجنة إصلاح ذات البين، والتي يرأسها الأمير تركي بن عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز، أن يسقط الحق العام عن القاتل “سامي”، ويعود إلى عمله، وأن يكمل القاتل إجراءات تبرعه لخالته بجزءٍ من كبده.

وكان القاتل سيتبرع لخالته قبل وقوع حادثة القتل، وأجرى بالفعل الفحوصات الطبية للتبرع بجزءٍ من كبده لخالته، حيث إن جميع الأنسجة والفحوصات الطبية الخاصة به Continue reading →
