How I got the best ending:

There’s also a “bond” variable that represents Garry’s attachment to Ib.
If you’re on the “good” path and your bond is 8 or higher, you’re able to get the best ending.

These actions add to your bond:

لم يكن من الحصافة إحالة قانون الانتخابات الحالي إلى المحكمة الدستورية.

للحكومة دستوريا، أن تمارس حقها في إحالة قانون الانتخابات إلى المحكمة الدستورية، لكنه – كتصرف سياسي – لا يتسم بالحصافة، ويعاني نقصا في الحكمة، بل وغيابا لها، فهو لن يحصّن القانون من الطعن، ولن يخرجنا من الأزمة، بل قد يزيدها اشتعالا، فهو يقدِّم للسلطة خيار إصدار قانون انتخابات بمرسوم على طبق من ذهب، فإذا ما أصدرت المحكمة قراراً أو حُكماً بعدم دستورية القانون، فإن ذلك يفتح الباب مشرّعا للسلطة لكي تصدر قانونا للانتخابات بمرسوم، من دون عرضه على مجلس الأمة، لأنه غير موجود، وهذا سيضع البلد على أعالي درب الزلق، وقد نتزحلق إلى حفرة نغطس فيها، من دون وجود تصوُّرات مطروحة من الحكومة عن كيفية الخروج من الحفرة، فتجاربنا السابقة مع الحكومة عندما تنفرد بإصدار قانون للانتخابات لا توفر التفاؤل والاطمئنان، وتجاربنا معها من تزوير الانتخابات عام 1967، وإصدارها قانون انتخابات عام 1981، الذي أدَّى إلى إسقاط مرشحي المعارضة – آنذاك – ومن أبرزهم جاسم القطامي وأحمد الخطيب، حيث حصل كل واحد منهما بانتخابات عام 1963 على نسبة 90 في المائة من أصوات الناخبين في دائرتيهما، ومرشحو المعارضة الذين أسقطتهم السلطة بتكتيك قانون انتخابات 1981، وتقديمها تعديلات على الدستور Continue reading →
