When a huge movie goes into production, stuntmen are hired for a reason. These professionals are trained to perform huge moves, take the hits, and deal with all types of dangers like explosions. In some cases, the actors themselves decide to perform the stunts. Whether they are big or small, these actors put a lot at risk to perform. In some cases, the actors make mistakes that can lead to injuries, production delays, and some crazy moments caught on film. Watch and see some of these stunts in action.
Chris Pratt did a lot for his role of Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy and as a stranded person in the film Passengers. During both of those movies, the actor suffered from some crazy injuries and each of them made it on film. Stephen Amell has been filming the show Arrow for five-plus seasons and he has performed dozens and dozens of stunts along the way. Some of them have been worse than others. Charlize Theron is known for a lot of crazy action films, but her whole career could have been over due to a stunt injury in Aeon Flux. Thor performs a lot of crazy moves in Thor: The Dark World, but it was actually one of his co-stars that got seriously injured and was forced to miss weeks of filming. The Suicide Squad features a lot of non-stop action and that also caused injuries to two of its biggest stars – Will Smith and Margot Robbie. Other stunt incidents have occurred to actors like Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, and Harrison Ford.
