Spider-Man: Far From Home will be the highly-anticipated 2019 sequel to 2017’s brilliant Spider-Man: Homecoming and, perhaps more excitingly, it will be the the first Marvel Cinematic Universe offering after the fourth Avengers movie.
With that in mind, Marvel Studios will no doubt have to make it pretty epic, because that fourth Avengers movie won’t be an easy act to follow by any stretch of the imagination.
A lot of people are talking about Far From Home and, in this video, we’ll run you through some theories that fans have come up with about it.
The theories in question are; that “Far From Home” could mean a lot further than Europe for Peter Parker, that the movie will introduce some new “Spider-people”, that Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury will make an appearance in the movie, that Captain Marvel will replace Tony Stark as Peter Parker’s mentor in the movie, that there will be a team-up of villains in the movie (in spite of similar scenarios proving unsuccessful in the past), that the character of Mr. Delmar will prove to be more important than we were led to believe, that the movie will be connected to the upcoming animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, that it will crossover with Sony’s Venom movie, that the movie will venture into other dimensions, and that the movie will actually depict a journey through the afterlife.
