There have been a plethora of box-office bombs so far in 2017. Check out this list we have compiled. The Space Between Us about a boy who was born on Mars and travels to earth falls in love and tries to figure out his backstory. Chips is a buddy cop flick that was overhyped and didn’t deliver in the box office. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul featured an all-new cast compared to the other movies and was a terrible movie. With all of the promotions Baywatch failed to deliver in the box office. Even with shirtless Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. A Cure For Wellness was a very obscure horror/thriller that didn’t entice viewers from the trailer to see it doing terribly in the box office. The new rendition of Power Rangers was nowhere near as good as the T.V. series and didn’t do so hot in the box office. Life, featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds left a lot of people disappointed after it seemed like it could be another Alien. Ghost in the Shell was a terrible adaptation from the Japanese manga and anime of the same name. There were also probably not a lot of people who knew what it was about so they didn’t bother with seeing it. Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Legend of the Sword didn’t deliver like it seemed like it would. Tons of hype and not such a great movie. Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets has been in the works for years but did not get as much attention as their was hype for it. Well, what did you think of this list?
