For years now, gamers have shown their love for their mascots and characters by dressing up for conventions, tournaments, and costume parties. While we’ve seen some pretty incredible costumes, there are many that turn out to be pretty epic fails.
After seeing the trailer for the new Sonic the Hedgehog movie, we didn’t think a Sonic design could get much worse — but oh it does. The costume fails on some of these designs actually makes you think the filmmakers didn’t do such a bad job. Star Wars cosplay is a whole world of its own, encompassing the movies, television shows, and video games like the LEGO Star Wars series. Naturally, the costume companies behind Star Wars costumes are really making bank, so other companies want to jump on the bandwagon — without actually owning any rights or licensing agreements.
