We’re fans of free stuff because sometimes we just deserve it. Most of us work hard and we just want to play video games in our free time. That’s not too much to ask, is it?
Lucky for us, game developers have answered our video game prayers and developed quite a few amazing titles which cost us absolutely nothing! It’s awesome and there’s no better time to live than right now when it comes to video games.
League of Legends, DOTA 2 and Smite have more than one thing in common. Besides being free, they’re all part of the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena or MOBA genre. These games cater to our need to work as a team and take out our enemies through strategic planning and creativity. There’s nothing better than that! We love the variety this genre offers while still sticking to a specific formula you’ll be instantly familiar with if you’ve played any game from this genre.
MMO games are also aplenty on this list! We have games like World of Tanks and Tera which remain at the top of their game. They’re both free and keep gamers wanting to play for hours on end to get better and secure a top spot.
We also added strategic card games like Gwent where the player is the most important part of the game. You’ll have to use your wit to battle against your enemy and win the game, but it’s all dependent on the hand you’ve drawn. Be creative and you’ll easily outsmart even the most devious enemies.
