An alternate take of Data pushing Beverly overboard. In this take, Beverly’s scream is higher-pitched and her fall is shown from a different angle. When Worf and Beverly climb back aboard, Worf shoots a hand-gesture in Riker’s direction and Beverly refuses Data’s help to get back aboard. This scene is also available on the Special Edition DVD.
