Review: Apple TV 2012 (3rd Generation)

In this video I review the new Apple TV 2012 3rd Generation model. This newest Apple TV has 1080p video capabilities as well as a new interface that draws from iOS. In this review I demo AirPlay with pictures, music and video from the iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and iTunes on a Mac or PC, AirPlay Mirroring with Real Racing 2 HD on the new iPad 3, the hardware outputs including HDMI, Optical Audio, MicroUSB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, Home Sharing from OS X and Windows, Netflix, YouTube and other apps on the Apple TV 2012 and whether it’s worth it compared to other streaming devices such as Roku.

In this video I review the new iPad 3 2012 Third Generation Wi-Fi 16GB model in both White and Black. I go over the new Retina Display to see exactly how good the screen is, front and rear facing iSight cameras with both picture as well as video samples, review the build quality and feel of the new iPad 3 vs iPad 2, battery life and charging time, the specs including the Apple A5X chip with a 1GHz dual core processor as well as a quad core GPU for better graphics in gameplay, the software with iOS 5.1 including multitasking and apps and whether or not you should upgrade from the iPad 1, iPad 2 or another tablet such as the Kindle Fire, HP TouchPad, BlackBerry Playbook or an Android tablet.
