We’re watching The Empire Strikes Back on its 40th anniversary with voice of Darth Maul in The Clone Wars, Sam Witwer and superfan Rahul Kohli (The Haunting of Bly Manor, iZombie), joining IGN hosts Clint Gage and Brian Altano. In that same IGN user poll, our fans (rather unsurprisingly) rated The Empire Strikes Back as their #1 favorite Star Wars movie with a landslide 51 percent of the 25,000 votes.

Christopher Nolan’s Tenet is an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage.

Nolan wrote and directed the film, utilizing a mixture of IMAX and 70mm film to bring the story to the screen. Tenet was filmed on location across seven countries.

The international cast is led by John David Washington and also includes Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, with Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.

Tenet is being produced by Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan. Thomas Hayslip served as executive producer.

Pictures announced today that it will exclusively world premiere Zack Snyder’s director’s cut of the Warner Bros. Pictures/DC feature film Justice League in 2021. Snyder surprised fans with the news this morning during a live online commentary of his film Man of Steel with Henry Cavill.

Meanwhile, the storied franchises at Konami that many of us grew up and that taught us how to be “Capital-G” Gamers are out there in dust, abandoned, bleaching in the sun. I say no more! Here are ten classic Konami franchises that would make killer next-gen remakes if only someone out there at Konami HQ would see the light.
