This product is pretty sweet. It basically allows you to carry around an extra monitor for your laptop. It’s a USB display that is also POWERED by USB. So cool!

Overall these are a pretty good value. The analogue output really seals the deal. This thing could SERIOUSLY come in handy in a variety of situations.

This is the power supply I’m using based on Seasonic’s BEAST 1000W 80PLUS Platinum paltform, and with XFX legendary support and great aesthetic.
It should be noted that this experiment is only for SATA cables, and does not necessarily apply to other kinds of cables. Quality ethernet cables, for example can have a significant impact on the speed of your network transfers.

Demand for this card seems to be fairly high and I can understand the reason. It’s got all the major boxes checked including a quiet aftermarket cooler, great looks, and a pretty hefty factory overclock!
Another update about my personal rig. Today we take a trip to the plating shop. I show the chemicals and procedures that they’re going to use and I also take some time to show some of the finished work at Specialty Plating in North Vancouver.
