Die Schlacht ist geschlagen, das Battle vorbei. Red Bull Bomb The Line 2013 hat der berühmten Berliner Baustelle einen neuen Regenten beschert. An einem der besten europäischen Streetspots hat Alec Majerus mit einer unglaublichen Line den weltweit einzigartigen Best-Line-Skate-Contest für sich entschieden. Das Prinzip von Red Bull Bomb the Line bleibt das Erfolgsrezept aus dem Vorjahr: In einer Line müssen das bekannte Baustellen-Double-Set, ein Kicker-Gap und die 8er Stufen mit Rail am Fuße der Baustelle abgehakt werden.
6.000 Zuschauer feierten mit den 50 Top-Skateboardern aus der ganzen Welt am Kulturforum von Berlin ein fünfstündiges Skateboardfest, an dessen Ende Alec Majerus, Manny Santiago und Youness Amrani auf dem Podest standen und Mark Frölich als bester deutscher Starter auf Platz sechs landete.

The battle is over. Red Bull Bomb The Line 2013 crowned the new king of the famous Baustelle of Berlin. Alec Majerus won the world’s only best-line-skate-contest at one of the best European streetspots with an incredible line. The formula of Red Bull Bomb The Line stays true to last year’s successful principle: Every skater has to clear the famous double-set, a kicker gap and the eight-stair with the rail at the end of the Baustelle in one single line.
6,000 spectators came out to celebrate skateboarding together with the 50 top skateboarders from all over the world for five hours. At the end, Alec Majerus, Manny Santiago and Youness Amrani stood on the winners’ podium while Mark Frölich as the best German starter made the sixth place.

Red Bull Wake Open 2013 kicked off in Tampa, Florida, for four days of competition that involved all three wake disciplines. The boat competition portion was held at SunWest, and spanned two days due to a weather delay that pushed the finals to Thursday, July 4.
It was an all-Canadian podium for the boat competition with Raphael Derome placing first, Aaron Rathy taking second and Rusty Malinoski rounding out third place.
