On day one of 2013 SEMA Week, Hot Rod Staff Editor Mike Finnegan takes us through the Las Vegas Convention Center and points out some of the highlights from his trip at the largest aftermarket parts show in the world. Taking a break from the endless walking and crowds, Mike jumps in with Tanner Foust for a smoke filled ride around the parking lot. Finishing off his week, Finnegan attends the SEMA Cruise. A closing ceremonies of sorts, the cruise parades all the vehicles that weren’t pushed into the show and is a great way to see some amazing rides you might have missed over the week.

He rides his BMX on different elements of the tube’s construction: stairs, walls, concrete cradles etc. To finally ride and do some tricks in the 5.2 meter diameter tunnel made of concrete.

2013 SEMA Week! Starting December 3rd on the Motor Trend Channel

Tune in to the Motor Trend channel starting December 3rd for 3 straight days of SEMA coverage and 1 epic drag race. 2013 SEMA Week kicks off on Tuesday December 3rd with Hot Rod’s Mike Finnegan showing you all the cool stuff around SEMA for hot rod gear heads. On Wednesday Greg Emmerson from European Car will take you through the world of imports and tuners, while Fred Williams from Petersen’s 4-Wheel and Off-Road explores the latest in trucks and off-roading on Thursday.

Finally on Friday, get ready for a “War of the Worlds” drag race between Fred, Mike and Greg. They’ve each sourced a vehicle from their world at SEMA and will line them up an epic head-to-head-to-head race for bragging rights!
