Meet the players, and watch as they square off in the first competitive segments of Diesel Power Challenge 2016 powered by XDP. The chassis dyno at ATS Diesel Performance is the place where it’s all going down and where it’s “all about the numbers,” as peak horsepower and torque numbers are added together to determine a truck’s rear-wheel- performance total. And once the brawn is measured, drivers take on the dyno’s computer, in an 18-minute simulated “cruise” that not only helps us measure fuel consumption; it can also demonstrate just how “drivable” some of these high-powered, street-legal rigs really are!
