سعيد بتبديلاته أمام الجزيرة.. ويطالب بالصبر على نشأت والفردان
زينغا: اللقب هو ما ينقص العـميد
زينغا يطالب لاعبي النصر بالحفاظ على مستواهم
أكد المدير الفني لفريق الكرة بنادي النصر الإيطالي والتر زينغا، أن «أي مدرب لابد أن يملك روح المغامرة في إجراء تغييرات في شكل وأداء ونوعية اللاعبين خلال أي مباراة من أجل تعديل النتيجة إذا كانت في غير مصالحة فريقه»، وأضاف: هذا ماقمنا به خلال الشوط الثاني من لقاء الجزيرة في الجولة الأولى لمنافسات دوري المحترفين. وقال إن «البطولة هي ما تنقص العميد، وأنها ما يسعى إليه في الموسم الحالي».
وقال خلال المؤتمر الصحافي الذي عقد بعد مباراة العميد والعنكبوت، أول من أمس، التي انتهت بفوز ثمين للغاية وفي نهاية المباراة للعميد بهدفين لهدف: إذا أجرى المدرب التغيير ووفق البدلاء ونجحوا في إحداث الفارق أصبح ناجحاً ويتم رفعه على الأعناق، وإذا لم يوفق البدلاء في تغيير وضع الفريق فقد أصبح المدرب فاشلاً ومن الممكن أن يتعرض للقذف بالطماطم، وكنت سعيدا بأن التغييرات التي قمنا بها في الشوط الثاني للمباراة قد آتت ثمارها، وانتزع النصر فوزا غاليا من فريق كبير يلعب على ملعبه وبين جماهيره.
وقال زينغا: فريق النصر يتطور مستواه منذ ثلاث سنوات، وأصبح موجودا بقوة مع الكبار، واحتل المركز الثالث في الموسم قبل الماضي، ثم مركز الوصيف في الموسم الماضي، وشارك في دوري أبطال آسيا، لكنه لم يحقق بطولة حتى الآن، وهذا ما أسعى إليه وهو الفوز بأحد الألقاب لأنني احلم بأن أكون جزءاً من تاريخ هذا النادي العريق، وليس مجرد مدرب مر على الفريق دون أن يضع بصمة له. وأضاف: كنا نعلم أن مباراة الجزيرة لن تكون سهلة وهي أمام فريق قوي يملك لاعبين مميزين وجهازاً فنياً جيداً، ومع هذه المعطيات حافظنا على تركيزنا ولعبنا بالشعار الايطالي المعروف «لا للاستسلام مهما كانت النتيجة»، وأود تقديم التهنئة للاعبين، وأدعوهم للحفاظ على مستواهم بعد تخلصنا من آثار كبوة الخسارة أمام الوحدة في كأس اتصالات، التي تعرضنا خلالها لظروف قاسية أرجو ألا تتكرر.
وقال: مهنة التدريب هي مهنة الخطر، ومن حسن حظي أن أوراقي التي دفعت بها هي التي صنعت الفارق، وإذا حدث العكس كنت سأتعرض للنقد، ولابد أن أتقبله لأنني إذا لم أتقبله فعلي أن أبحث عن مهنة أخرى، وأقول إن المدرب يحصل على راتبه بالمغامرة والتعرض للنقد من أجل تحقيق الأفضل لناديه. وفي تعليقه على عدم ظهور نجم المنتخب العراقي نشأت أكرم ولاعب المنتخب الأولمبي حبيب الفردان بالمستوى المطلوب قال: نشأت انضم للفريق حديثاً ثم سافر مع منتخب بلاده إلى اليابان، وحبيب الفردان انضم للمنتخب الإماراتي، وكلاهما لايزال لم يصل للجاهزية المطلوبة، ويجب أن نصبر عليهما. وعن رأيه في أداء الجزيرة قال: الجزيرة يبقى فريقاً كبيراً ولا يجب الحكم عليه بعد الجولة الأولى، فهو يملك لاعبين على أعلى مستوى، ومدرباً قديراً أحترم عمله، وأعتبره من أفضل المدربين الذين عملوا في الإمارات.
بوناميغو: لا وقت للأحزان
أكد المدير الفني لفريق الكرة بنادي الجزيرة البرازيلي باولو بوناميغو أن فريقه قدم مباراة جيدة أمام النصر، رغم أنها أقل مستوى من مباراة العين في كأس السوبر، وأن فريقه لا يستحق الخسارة المؤلمة في الرمق الأخير من المباراة، خصوصاً أنه كان الطرف الأفضل، وقال خلال المؤتمر الصحافي: هذه كرة القدم فإن لم تستغل الفرص وتسجل فلابد أن تخسر، وأضاف« ليس هناك وقت للأحزان، فأمامنا مباراة غاية في الصعوبة أمام الأهلي في الجولة الثانية، وعلينا الهدوء والتعامل باحترافية مع الموقف من أجل إعادة التوازن للفريق سريعا، والفريق قادر على تجاوز هذه المحنة. وعما إذا كان الجزيرة قد وقع في خطأ الاكتفاء بالهدف قال: لم نكتف بالهدف، بدليل أنني دفعت ببدلاء مهاجمين لتعزيزه. وعن توظيفه الجديد لكل من دلجادو وهيونج مين شين ومدى إمكانية أن يعيد كل واحد منهما لمركزه الطبيعي قال: سعيت لـ«تحرير» دلجادو حتى يعطى أفضل ما عنده، ومين شين لايزال لم ينسجم بشكل كامل مع زملائه مثل فيرناندينهو، ومع ذ لك فقد تحسن الأداء الدفاعي، بدليل أننا لم نستقبل أهدافاً في آخر مباراتين وديتين وفي لقاء السوبر، ومع ذلك فمهمة المدرب في أي فريق وليس في الجزيرة فحسب أن يبحث دائما عن الحلول والاستغلال الأمثل للاعبيه. وعما إذا كان فريقه سيقع تحت الضغط لأنه خسر على ملعبه المباراة الأولى، وسيلعب بعد أيام قليلة خارج ملعبه أمام الأهلي الفائز على العين بطل الدوري بسداسية على ملعبه، قال: سنعمل على الجانبين النفسي والفني.
مطر: لا أعلم سبب الخسارة
قال لاعب وسط الجزيرة ياسر مطر لـ«الإمارات اليوم»: لا أعلم سبب الخسارة، فقد كنا الأفضل وسيطرنا على مجريات المباراة، وتمكنا من إيجاد فرص كثيرة، لكنها لم تترجم لأهداف، والنصر لم تسنح له إلا فرصتان تمكن بهما من قلب النتيجة، ومبروك لهم، والدوري لايزال في بدايته، وهناك فرصة للتعويض، من خلال الاستفادة من أخطائنا.
نشأت: مازلت أبحث عن نفسي مع النصر
أبدى نجم المنتخب العراقي نشأت أكرم ولاعب وسط النصر سعادته بالفوزعلى الجزيرة، وقال: الفوز خطوة جيدة في بداية المشوار خارج ملعبنا، خصوصا أنه على فريق كبير بحجم الجزيرة. وأضاف لـ«الإمارات اليوم»: مازلت أبحث عن نفسي مع الفريق والوصول لمستواي الذي عرفني به الجمهور في الإمارات، وأحتاج إلى المزيد من الوقت من أجل التجانس مع زملائي.
