Minecraft has become one of the most successful video games of all time since its release in November 2011. Minecraft is a sandbox style video game that has grown into something bigger than a game over the years. Pretty much everyone has heard of Minecraft at one point or another. The game is still going strong today expanding to multiple platforms including PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android. The game has sold around 125 million copies worldwide with an ever-expanding community.
Minecraft is a very enjoyable game with so much to do. After a few short hours, you can get a good understanding of how the game works and set goals to proceed until you reach the ender dragon. Like every game with a large fanbase, it was only a matter of time until legends and myths started to come out about Minecraft. Out of all of these myths and legends, you know at least a few of them are going to be flat out lies.
Sometimes, the Minecraft community shares some very important information, but other times they are simply lies and myths. It’s as if the community just makes up lies to see who is gullible enough to try them. Whatever the case may be, it is necessary to separate fact from fiction. From made up stories of legendary mobs to unorthodox mining techniques, there are many lies out there you may have believed to be true.
