10 Unlucky Moments In Video Game Speedruns You Won’t Believe

Today, we take a look at the Xbox and all of its iterations, but we’re not looking for what you may expect. Nope, instead of looking at their accomplishments, we’re going to take a look at their biggest fails.

Starting off, have you noticed a trend in the video game world to push games which require online subscriptions? It’s almost as if each game is designed to be a subscription and a game second. However, one iconic game we believe made it all worthwhile was the original Halo and we remember one huge fail.

Next we look at some of the problems and errors affecting the Xbox. You thought these things were fool proof? Think again. From improperly designed components to features no one would ever use, we often wonder how these Xbox honchos got their jobs. Let’s be honest, how many games require a cell phone, tablet and console? Not many.

Lastly, we look at fails in the business model. We know these video games are lucrative business for the studios, but does it have to be so obvious? Whether it’s features which were once free, or features that are free on other consoles but costly on the Xbox; a quick look at the competition and we see Microsoft as one of the industry’s greediest. However, we don’t think consumers are powerless and Xbox users have fought back in some impressive ways. Without further ado, here are 10 Xbox fails Microsoft would prefer you forgot about.

Marvel Phase 3 in the MCU isn’t even done and yet fans are eager to learn whatever they can from Phase 4. While there isn’t much out there right now, we did some digging and found some likely candidates that could hit the big screen after the fourth Avengers film. For instance, could the new Avengers and the Secret Avengers go at it after the Thanos conflict? Or would Secret Wars be our new Avengers arc? We’re pretty certain Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3 is going to happen by 2020 but what about a spin off film, starring Nova perhaps? We’d be okay with that! In the Infinity War though, chances are someone’s going to bite the dust, our money is sadly on Captain America. If that does happen though, chances are his buddy Bucky Barnes will pick up the shield and continue the tradition we think. Spider Man Homecoming 2 will for sure be happening, but will he ever share the big screen with his frenemy Venom? We hope so! Stan Lee recently hinted that the Fantastic Four and X Men might end up back at Marvel, it’s what he wants it seems so maybe we’ll see reboots of at least one of them in the near future, likely the Fantastic Four we’d wager. Then there’s the case of Blade, who unlike Daredevil, Punisher and Ghost Rider, has yet to get his own spot in the MCU. We can only imagine that’s happening sooner rather than later.
