He has been dedicated to transforming his body for roles as superheroes not only once but a handful of times. In fact his dedication to working out is what saved him from a life that was quickly going down hill.

Tom Holland is the one of the newest up and coming actors to take over the world by storm. His portrayal as Spider-Man is making fans and critics go nuts with positive reviews. A huge part of his success has been his dedication to transforming his body for the role. But he has been focused on his health long before the role of Spider-Man and was a huge factor in Marvel’s decision to cast him for the role.
