Food is essential to life, but if you’re a gamer you know video games are just as important! And we have to admit there have been quite a few titles in recent years which have almost made us forget how to adult. That just comes with the territory of playing a really excellent video game.

In this video we’ll explore classic titles and newer ones to see what people have to say about their own video game addictions and why these games have become such obsessions! It’s games like Cuphead which make us feel like we’ve stepped into a morbid 1930’s cartoon with extremely difficult bosses or amazing open world games like Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild that are really the forerunners for how the video game industry can make players addicted to their titles.

There are of course the more classic games like The Sims and Tetris where we’ve come to enjoy the nostalgia and even become excited about replaying them. They’re still addicting in their own right because we can go back and play them without getting bored.

But what about new, daring battle royale games like PUBG and Fortnite? Can those also be addicting? Absolutely, these games can sometimes be the most addicting ones of all because you keep playing until you achieve that elusive first victory. Even after your first win, you just want to keep playing.

If any game has seen the dark side of addiction, it’s World of Warcraft. So let’s check out 9 games so addictive you will forget to eat!
