Far Cry 5 is the latest installment of the popular sandbox franchise and there’s no game quite like it on the market. In what other game can you hunt bears, fish for trout, break necks and blow up everything in sight? The game pushed boundaries by focusing on a religious cult in rural America, but in the end, it doesn’t try to make any political statements by diving too deep into their beliefs. Far Cry 5 does it all and doesn’t care who it offends in the process. While it’s taking the gaming world by storm, there are some lesser known facts all gamers should know about Far Cry 5.

The Far Cry franchise has never been known for character customization, but that all changes in Far Cry 5 where you have the option to play as either a male or female character. Co-op was a huge addition to Far Cry 4, but it was only limited to side missions and free roaming. In Far Cry 5, the whole campaign can be played in co-op. The rosters in the game have been expanded to include ground units, air support and even animals like bears, cougars and dogs can fight by your side. There are so many vehicles to choose from in Far Cry 5 including fighter planes, attack helicopters and all-American muscle cars. The woman of the hour is the epicly talented and gorgeous Gal Gadot. She has stormed onto the silver screen and into our hearts when she donned the Wonder Woman armor. Prior to that she wowed us with her stunt skills in the Fast and the Furious franchise. All eyes are on Gal and we’ve been dying to know more haven’t you? We’ve discovered some secrets you may not have known about this super hero.

Like for instance, did you know that she was a beauty queen? She won the title of Miss Israel. She also was in the Israeli Army.
But aside from being beautiful, she is also strong and resilient. When portraying a superhero, you have to look like you can kick some serious butt. So the warrior woman Gal Gadot had to go through some gruelling training sessions to get ready to play Wonder Wonder but it was totally worth it.

She was prepping 5 or 6 months prior to filming. Her training included a lot gym work, fight choreography, horseback riding, and sword training. All of which she said was more intense than the army.

Her hard work paid off as she gained about 17 pounds of muscle to play Wonder Woman. Now that is some serious dedication don’t you think?
