With its lovers and its haters, its fans and critics, no part of Walt Disney’s legacy has been talked about more than the princesses. No matter who you ask, most people are going to have strong associations with the likes of Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Mulan, and Pocahontas. Not to mention newer additions like Tiana, Rapunzel, Moana, Merida, Anna and Elsa. As you can guess, we have opinions on the matter as well. After searching far and wide and waded through the deep web of Disney feelings like Prince Philip cutting through Maleficent’s thorns, we here at ScreenRant have come to some conclusions. So watch our video and join the debate over whether these 10 things about Disney princesses make any sense whatsoever.

We’ll go through the early days of Disney Princesses and question Cinderella’s style as well as the appearance and disappearance of her ears. We’ll examine Belle’s memory and question why she has no previous recollection of the Beast whatsoever even the guy has a massive castle and her small town was probably within his jurisdiction. We’ll look at the people of Arendelle and review why it’s so easy for them to forgive Elsa for all the icy insanity she unleashed on them. Also, we’ll check Ariel’s communication skills, the age, culture and backgrounds of these princesses and jump ahead to the latest confusion around their appearances in Wreck It Ralph 2. Maybe by the end, we’ll be able to make sense of it all.
