مزودين خدمة الإنترنت في الكويت ولعبة الإستخدام العادل

قبل فترة بسيطة أعلنت Qtel في قطر عن إتاحة خدمة الإنترنت بسرعة 100MB محققة بذلك رقم قياسيا في المنطقة وإعلان على تطور وتقدم الدولة  للإتصالات الرقمية والتلفزيون الرقمي من خلال تقنية Fibre to the Home ، أما في الكويت تعلن شركات الإنترنت عن سياسة الإستخدام العادل قبل فترة بسيطة جدا أيضا، فقامت شركة كوالتي نت بالإعلان عن هذا القانون الذي لم يكن موجودا في العقد بين العميل والشركة ويفرض على العميل كمية محددة من إستخدام الإنترنت في اليوم تحسب على مدى إشتراكه فإذا إجتاز الكمية المحددة التي تحددها الشركة حسب ما تراه مناسبا تقوم الشركة بإسقاط سرعة الإنترنت إلى الربع !
