كيف تساعدين أطفالك على النوم
كيف تساعدين أطفالك على النوم

تواجهين العديد من الصعاب عندما يحين موعد نوم طفلك، كما أنه يعاندك ولا يريد النوم، ,ولا تعلمين سبب واضح لذلك؟ إنها عادة مشكلة الكثير من اﻷمهات، لذا إليكِ بعض النصائح المهمة التى تساعدك وتساعد طفلك على النوم.
أولا :
يمكنك إضافة أصوات مهدئة لمناخ الغرفة التى ينام بها طفلك، مثل الموسيقى الهادئة أو أصوت بحر أو شىء من هذا القبيل، وسترين النتيجة.
ثانيا :
قومي بتهيئة طفلك للنوم، وذلك بأن يأخذ حمام دافئ مثلا، أو قراءة كتاب، وجعل ذلك روتين يومى حتى يعتاد عليه.
ثالثا :
عليكِ أن تجعلى غرفة طفلك مظلمة وهادئة من اﻷصوات و الضوضاء، أو يوجد بها ضوء خافت جداً، والتأكد من الوسائد والفراش وأنها مريحة ودرجة حرارة الغرفة جيدة.
رابعا :
عليكِ متابعة النظام الغذائى الخاص بطفلك، والحرص علي أن يتناول وجبة خفيفة و مهدئة قبل النوم، وبالطبع ابتعدي عن اﻷطعمة التي تعطيه طاقة مثل الشيكولاتة و السكريات بشكل عام .
خامسا:
تأكدي من أن طفلك قام بالعديد من اﻷنشطة طوال اليوم والتي تفرغ طاقته مما يساعده علي الشعور بالرغبة فى النوم بعد هذا اليوم المتعب.
و اﻵن، هل هناك حيل اخري تستخدمينها مع طفلك ليذهب للنوم بسهولة؟
