In a single year, there are 200-300 million cases of malaria and 50-100 million cases of dengue fever worldwide. So: Why haven’t we found a way to effectively kill mosquitoes yet? Hadyn Parry presents a fascinating solution: genetically engineering male mosquitoes to make them sterile, and releasing the insects into the wild, to cut down on disease-carrying species.

إن مساعدة الطفل في التغلب على القلق الذي يشعر به خلال أول عدة أسابيع في الحضانة ليس أمرا سهلا دائماً، غالبا سترين بعض الدموع في عيون طفلك وستسمعين منه بعض التوسلات لكي تبقى معه، لكنك يمكنك أن تساعديه على تخطى هذه المرحلة من خلال ٣ نصائح .

 النصيحة الأولى: أبقى مع طفلك لوقت طويل وتعرفي على أسماء المدرسات حتى يمكنكِ أن تسألي طفلك عنهن وذلك لأنه إذا شعر أن مدرساته صديقاتك فلا يشعر بالقلق عندما تتركيه وتذهبي.

 النصيحة الثانية: احرصي أن ينال طفلك قسطا كافيا من النوم فالطفل الذي يذهب إلى الحضانة وهو يشعر بالنعاس غالبا لن يكون انطباعه إيجابيا عن التجربة. حاولي قضاء بعض الوقت معه قبل أن يذهب إلى الحضانة. ويعنى هذا بالطبع تنظيم وقتك جيدا لإنهاء كل الأشياء التي يجب عليك القيام بها قبل ذهابه الى الحضانة وذلك قبل أن يستيقظ من النوم لكى تستطيعى إعطاءه اهتمامك الكامل.

  النصيحة الثالثة : كونى حاسمة اذا أخذت طفلك من الحضانة وعدت به إلى البيت لأنه بكى، فقد تجدين نفسك تضطرين لفعل ذلك كثيرا . الأطفال يدركون سريعا الأمور التى تعطى نتيجة ، فلا تضعى نفسك فى دوامة من البكاء كل يوم . لكن إذا عاد طفلك يبكى مرة أخرى عند ذهابه إلى الحضانة بعد أن كان سعيدا، اسألي مدرسته إذا كان قد حدث أي تغيير فى المدرسات أو المشرفات أو الروتين اليومي فى الحضانة أو إذا كانت هناك مشكلة بين طفلك وطفل أخر أو إذا كان يتضايق من نشاط معين.

 وأخيرا يجب أن تتذكرى عزيزتى الأم أن التشجيع والحسم من أهم عوامل مساعدة الطفل على التأقلم والتكيف داخل مجتمع الحضانة.

شهدت دبي ختام بطولاتها باللياقة البدنية للعام ‬2012، بإقامة الجولة الرابعة للبطولة التنشيطية الأولى، التي احتضنها نادي ضباط شرطة دبي، وأقيمت برعاية ودعم من سمو الشيخ ماجد بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رئيس هيئة دبي للثقافة والفنون التي خصصت للرياضيين المواطنين.

ونجح الشاب راشد الملا في التتويج بطلاً بفارق كبير من النقاط عن بقية المتسابقين، بعد أن جمع ‬5602 نقطة، وحل في المركز الثاني الشاب خليفة حمد القبيسي، بمجموع ‬5342 نقطة، وفي المركز الثالث محمد مسري المنصوري بمجموع ‬5158 نقطة.

المكونات:

2 حبة افوكادو

1 كوب ذرة صفراء مسلوقة

2 كوب طماطم حمراء كرزية قطع

1 كوب طماطم صفراء كرزية قطع

1 ½ كوب جبن فيتا غير مملح

1 بصلة صغيرة مفرية

2 معلقة صغيرة عصير ليمون

2 معلقة صغيرة زيت زيتون

ملح – فلفل أسود – فلفل أحمر حار بودرة – أوريجانو

1 معلقة صغيرة مستردة

1 حبة ليمون

1 معلقة كبيرة بقدونس مفرى

1 معلقة كبيرة نعناع أخضر مفرى

التحضير:

1- تقطع الافوكادو وتقشر ثم تدهن بعصير الليمون حتى لا تسود ثم تخلط مع الطماطم الحمراء والصفراء والذرة والبصل ونخلطها جيدا مع قطع الجبن وتوضع بطبق التقديم

2- لتجهيز تتبيلة السلطة  نخفق عصير الليمون وزيت الزيتون والمستردة والتوابل والبقدونس والنعناع المفرى ونخفقهم حتى يمتزجوا جيدا ثم يصب على السلطة وتقدم.

وفي الدور المقبل يلتقي فيرر مع الألماني الآخر توبياس كامكة الصاعد من التصفيات ايضا والفائز على الإسباني الآخر روبن راميريز هيدالغو ‬6-‬1 و‬6-‬2، وغاسكيه مع السلوفيني غريغا زيمليا الفائز الاثنين على الايطالي فابيو فونييني ‬6-‬2 و‬3-‬6 و‬6-‬4، ويوجني مع مواطنه نيكولاي دافيدنكو الفائز على الروماني فيكتور هانيسكو ‬6-‬2 و‬6-‬3.
