بعد ان ترافع الاستاذ ثامر الجدعي في مسألة عدم دستورية مرسوم الصوت الواحد علق رئيس المحكمة بقوله: ” لقد أتيت بأمور جديدة على المحكمة ” .

وضعت فرضيات أمام المحكمة منها: ماذا لو صدر مرسوم ضرورة يسحب صلاحيات المحكمة الدستورية بنظر الطعون الانتخابية؟
