تأجيل قضية تنظيم الإخوان في الإمارات

أجلت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا الإماراتية البت في القضية التي باتت تعرف بقضية تنظيم الإخوان المسلمين والتي يتهم فيها أربعة وتسعون شخصا إلى الحادي عشر من الشهر الجاري.

ومثل أمام القضاء أربعة وثمانون متهما بينهم ثلاث عشرة امرأة في حين أعلنت السلطات فرار ستة منهم والقبض على الآخرين.

ورفض المتهمون التهم الموجه إليهم، ووافقت المحكمة على طلبهم بالخضوع للعناية الطبية.

وتعد القضية الأكبر على مستوى دولة الإمارات من حيث عدد المتهمين.

ووجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين تهما نفوها بينها مناهضة الحكم في دولة Continue reading →
