– حبة بصل مفروم.
– 0.25 كغم بندورة.
– 50 جرام عيش غراب مقطع شرائح.
– 0.50 عبوة معكرونة حلزونية.
– 10 حبة سجق مقطع إلى شرائح.
– حبة فلفل أخضر.
– 4 فص ثوم مهروس.
– زعتر جاف, ريحان حسب الرغبة.

طريقة التحضير
– تسلق المعكرونة وتصفى.
– يقطع الفلفل الأخضر إلى قطع متوسطة الحجم.
– تقطع نصف كمية البندورة إلى مكعبات صغيرة، ويعصر الباقي في الخلاط مع الماء.
– يسخن الزيت في مقلاة كبيرة على نار متوسطة، ويضاف البصل ويحمر حتى يصفر.
– يضاف الثوم والسجق والفلفل الأخضر وعيش الغراب مع التقليب حتى ينضج عيش الغراب والسجق.
– تضاف البندورة المعصورة والمكعبات والريحان والزعتر مع نصف كوب ماء وكذلك الملح والفلفل ويترك ليغلي.
– تخفض النار و يترك الخليط لمدة 10-15 دقيقة حتى تتكاثف الصلصة.
– تصب المعكرونة في طبق التقديم، وتسكب الصلصة التي تم إعدادها على المعكرونة، ويرش على وجه الطبق القليل من البقدونس المفروم.
