الباحث القانوني نواف مسلم العتيبي يضع تصور لحل الأزمة المرورية بالكويت

أكد الباحث القانوني بالشؤون المالية والادارية في وزارة الداخلية نواف مسلم العتيبي أن حل الأزمة المرورية في الكويت يتطلب علاج الأشخاص لا الطرقات، مبينا أن سبب الأزمة المرورية في البلاد هو غياب تطبيق القانون على العمالة الوافدة التي تدخل البلاد للعمل في مهنة سائق وتستخرج الرخصة ثم تعمل في عمل آخر، مشددا على أن تطبيق القانون على هذه الفئة يحل الأزمة المرورية كاملة.
وقال العتيبي الذي عمل 18 سنة في مجالات وزارة الداخلية مثل المطار وشؤون الهجرة وتقلد كذلك منصب رئيس الشعب لزيارات وخدمة المواطن لمدة 14 سنة , أنه يحمل مشروعا استراتيجيا لحل الأزمة المرورية عمل فيه لمدة 3 سنوات، مبينا أن المشروع يبنى في الأساس على معالجة Continue reading →
