أفادت مؤسسة الإمارات للاتصالات «اتصالات» بأنها استعدت لإطلاق خدمة نقل الرقم، عبر مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات والعروض والباقات، التي تضمن حفاظها على حصتها السوقية، سواء في قطاعي الأفراد أو الأعمال.

وتفصيلاً، قال الرئيس التنفيذي للتسويق في «اتصالات»، خالد الخولي، إن «(اتصالات) تعمل بالتعاون مع هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات على تمكين المتعاملين من الاستفادة من الخدمة على الوجه الأمثل، وبما يصب في مصلحة المستهلك وقطاع الاتصالات بشكل عام».

وأفاد بأن «(اتصالات) جاهزة فنياً لبدء الربط بين الشبكات مع المشغل الآخر، ولديها كل الإمكانات الفنية والتقنية المدعمة ببنية تحتية ضخمة وشبكة قوية للهاتف المتحرك تعد الأفضل في المنطقة».

وأوضح الخولي أن «المؤسسة جهزت شريطاً عريضاً من الخدمات والعروض والباقات التي تضمن لها الحفاظ على حصتها السوقية، وأن سلسلة العروض والباقات التي ستطلقها المؤسسة بالتوازي مع انطلاق الخدمة، ستشمل قطاعي الأفراد والأعمال»، لافتاً إلى أن «قطاع الأفراد تحديداً سيشهد تحولاً كبيراً في جملة العروض والباقات، سواء كانت على مستوى خطوط الدفع المسبق أو حتى الخطوط المفوترة».

وأشار إلى أن «(اتصالات) خصصت الرقم 80099 لتلقي طلبات المشتركين الراغبين في التحول إلى شبكة (اتصالات)»، لافتاً إلى أن «الإجراءات العملية لتحويل من يرغب ستبدأ من شركائنا حال صدور تعليمات هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات ببدء تطبيق الخدمة».

واستبعد الخولي نشوب «حرب أسعار» بين المشغلين عقب انطلاق الخدمة، قائلاً «خدمة تبادل الأرقام والانتقال من مشغل إلى آخر تحددها عوامل كثيرة، لن تكون الأسعار العامل الوحيد الذي يؤثر فيها، لأن المستهلك قبل أن يتخذ قراره بالتحول إلى مشغل آخر، سيدرس وضع المشغل الذي سيتحول إليه من حيث جودة شبكته وانتشارها مثلاً، وماهية المزايا التي يقدمها المشغل، التي تمثل قيمة مضافة».

«قطاع الأفراد سيشهد تحولاً كبيراً في جملة العروض والباقات، سواء كانت على مستوى خطوط الدفع المسبق أو الخطوط المفوترة».
