احتفلت الفنانة المصرية شيرين، بزفاف ابنتها الممثلة ميريت على شاب من خارج الوسط الفني، وسط حضور عدد قليل من نجوم الفن، على رأسهم الفنانة القديرة كريمة مختار والممثل أشرف زكي والأب بطرس دانيال رئيس المركز الكاثوليكي للسينما.
العروس ميريت هي ابنة الفنانة شيرين من المخرج محمد أسامة، واتجهت للعمل في الإعلانات قبل أن تشارك في أول عمل سينمائي لها في فيلم ‘’حسن ومرقص’’ مع الفنان عمر الشريف والفنان عادل إمام، ثم شاركت في فيلم ‘’حلم عزيز’’ مع أحمد عز وشريف منير، ثم مسلسل ‘’الرجل العناب’’ مع الثلاثي أحمد فهمي وشيكو وهشام ماجد.
يشار إلى أن آخر مشاركات ميريت في الوسط الفني كان فيلم ‘’هاتولي راجل’’ عام 2013، والذي شاركت في بطولته مع نجوم الشباب شريف رمزي وأحمد الفيشاوي.
