استشهد اليوم، المستشار هشام بركات النائب العام، إثر انفجار سيارة ملغومة اقتحمت موكبه بجوار الكلية الحربية في مصر الجديدة، واليكم ملامح السيرة الذاتية للمستشار هشام بركات.
– الاسم بالكامل “هشام محمد زكي بركات”.
– ولد في 21 نوفمبر 1950.
– تخرج في كلية الحقوق عام 1973 حاصلًا على ليسانس الحقوق بتقدير عام جيد جدًا.
– التحق بالعمل بالنيابة في ديسمبر 1973.
– متزوج وشغلت زوجته منصب وكيل أول بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات سابقاً، وله ثلاثة أبناء، الأولى حاصلة على بكالوريوس تجارة إنجليزي وتعمل بإحدى الشركات، وابنته الثانية رئيسة نيابة إدارية، ونجله الثالث يشغل منصب مدير بإحدى نيابات الإسماعيلية.
– تدرج في المناصب بالنيابة العامة، وانتقل بعدها إلى السلك القضائي بين المحاكم الابتدائية والاستنئاف، حتى وصل إلى منصب رئيس المكتب الفني لمحكمة استئناف القاهرة، وهو آخر منصب شغله قبل منصب النائب العام.

وقالت «مروة»، عبر صفحة منسوبة لها على موقع التواصل الاجتماعى «فيس بوك»، اليوم: «أنا بنت البطل أنا بنت البطل أنا بنت البطل أنا بنت البطل. أنا كنت بنت نائب عام مصر ودلوقتى بنت البطل أيوة أنا بنت البطل أيوة أنا أيوة أنا أنا».

– تم انتدابه رئيسًا للمكتب الفني والمتابعة لمحكمة اسئناف الإسماعيلية التابع لها محكمة جنايات بورسعيد التي كانت تنظر القضية “مذبحة بورسعيد” التي راح ضحيتها العشرات من رابطة مشجعي النادي الأهلي “الأولتراس”.
– تولى منصب النائب العام منذ 10 يوليو 2013، بعد أسبوع واحد من الإطاحة بنظام المعزول محمد مرسي، بعد استقالة المستشار عبد المجيد محمود النائب العام السابق من منصبه، قام بأداء اليمين الدستورية أمام الرئيس المستشار عدلي منصور، ويعد النائب العام الثالث بعد ثورة 25 يناير.
– تعد قضية التخابر التي صدر فيها الحكم بالإعدام لـ3 متهمين منهم خيرت الشاطر ومحمد البلتاجي حضوريًا، والأشغال الشاقة المؤبدة لـ17 آخرين بينهم مرسي وبديع آخر القضايا التي نظرها القضاء في عهد بركات.
– تولى قضية هروب المساجين من سجن وادي النطرون، والذين كان من بينهم الرئيس المعزول محمد مرسي.
-استشهد عن عمر ناهز 65 عامًا.
