With K’Varn killed, and the dread god Orcus’ machinations put to an end, the party struggles with what to do next. The horn of Orcus hovers in the air, held aloft by Tiberius’ sorcery, and Vox Machina debates whether to stay or flee the heart of Yug’voril. Before a decision can be reached, several Illithid glide into the chamber of the Elder Brain, and the situation quickly turns on its head even further. The immediate threat is eventually dealt with, but the real danger is still coming. Before they are entirely overwhelmed, the party flees the pyramid as a sea of Illithid surge up its sloping walls. لاحظ طبيب الأسنان ( هوراس ولس ) أن احد الاشخاص أصيب بجرح ولكن هذا الشخص لم يشعر بألم وعندما بحث الطبيب فى الموضوع وجد ان هذا الشخص كان تحت تاثير هذا غاز (اكسيد النيترات ) فادرك ان هذا الغاز مخدر و استخدمه بعد ذلك في اقتلاع الاسنان دون ان يشعر المريض بألم

الآيس كريم:
ترك الصبي ” فرانك إيبرسون ” ذو الـ 11 عام خليطا من مسحوق الصودا والماء وبداخلهما عصا خشبية في الهواء الطلق في ليلة شديدة البرودة، وتجمدت الصودا حول العود الخشب يتكون أول خليط أيس كريم وبعد عشرين عاما أضاف ” فرانك ” نكهة طبيعية إلى هذا الخليط لتنتشر صناعة الآيس كريم في شتى انحاء العالم

الديناميت :
أكتشف ( الفريد نوبل ) الديناميت بالصدفة عام 1833 حيث كان يعمل على مادة النتروجلسرين لتسقط قارورة من يده فوق نشارة الخشب على الارضية فبدأ نوبل دراستها وقام بتفجير نشارة الخشب الغارقة بالنتروجلسيرين ليكتشف الديناميت

التيفال
ربما لاتعلم معظم ربات البيوت أن التيفال المستخدم فى أوانى الطبخ كان وليد الصدفة ففي عام 1938 لاحظ ( روي بلونكيت ) على جدران أسطوانة كانت تستخدم لتخزين الهيدروكربون أنها شديدة الصلابة و لا تتفاعل مع الأحماض و المذيبات . قأطلق عليها إسم مادة ( تيترافلوروإيثيلين ) ثم جاءت بعد ذلك ثورة التيفال الذي استخدم في كثير من الأشياء حتي أيامنا هذه

الكورن فليكس
إخترعه ( ويل كيث كيلوج ) بمساعدة شقيقه الذي كان يعمل طبيب في مستشفى في ميتشيجان ، و كان مسئول عن عمل الطعام في المستشفى وقد ترك القمح مسلوق لساعات وعندما رآه يتغير ظل يتابع ما يحدث وإخترع هذه الوجبة الخفيفة بعد تعزيزها بأضافات أخرى ثم بدأت شركة ( باتل كريم ) في إنتاجها عام 1906

عجلات تيوبلس :
( تشارلز جوديير ) صانع العجلات التى كانت تعانى أسرته من الفقر لم يجد حلاً سوي العمل على المطاط المصنوع منة العجلات
وعندما كان ينظف أحدى العجلات بأستخدام حمض النيتريك لاحظ ان العجلة أصبحت أكثر صلابة وملساء بشكل أكبر ومن ثم بدا تجاربة ليكتشف أن المطاط الذى عولج بالحمض وتعرض للنار أصبح أكثر صلابة ولايمكن أختراقة
