كيف تكون الحياة فى الفضاء ؟
هل كنت تحلم وأنت طفل بأن تكون رائد فضاء ؟
اليوم ستتاح لك الفرصة لترى لمحة من حياة رائد الفضاء اليومية
ولنرى رأيك بعدها

الطعام :
يتناول رواد الفضاء طعامهم على شكل معجون معبأ فى عبوات مثل عبوات معجون الاسنان وتكون هذه الوجبات فى البدايه مقززة لرائد الفضاء بسبب طعمها قبل أن يعتاد عليها
وتسبب هذه الأطعمة انخفاض فى اوزانهم بشكل كبير فى كل رحله يقومون بها ولذلك تطورت بالتدريج هذه الوجبات ليتم تحضير قائمه متنوعه من الاطعمه بدايه من سلطه التونه الى الذره وغيرها من الاطعمه التى يتم معالجتها حراريا للحفاظ عليها

النوم
يمكن لرائد الفضاء النوم واقف او جالس او مستلقى .. فيظل رواد الفضاء سابحين فى الفضاء ومقيديين باشرطه تحميهم من الارتطام بمعدات القمره
ويضعون على اذانهم سماعات لتقيهم من ضوضاء الماكينات والمعدات بالمركبه
وعندما يناموا يجب ان يضعوا أطرافهم بالكامل داخل كيس النوم حيث يكون لدى الشخص النائم فى الفضاء شعور بان ذراعيه وساقيه منفصلان عن جسمه
وقد امسك رائد فضاء من الاتحاد السوفيتى سابقا باحدى ذراعيه التى تركها خارج الكيس باعتبارها شىء غريب يطفو نحوه وقد أفزعه هذا كثيراً

الاستحمام
الإستحمام غير ممكن فى حياة الفضاء فيعوض عنه بمسح الجسد بمناشف مبلله بالماء
وللعناية بالشعر يستخدمون شامبو waterless لا يحتاج الى الماء لغسيل شعورهم

التخلص من الفضلات
هى مشكله كبيره فى الفضاء مع الجاذبيه القليلة
يستخدم رواد الفضاء نبيطه تشبه مقعد المرحاض وتعمل بالقوه الماصه على تحريك الفضلات الى مجمعها تحت المقعد ويستخدمون اقماع عند التبول واكياس بلاستيكيه عند التخلص من الفضلات

التسلية والرياضة
يمكن لرواد الفضاء ان يقضوا اوقاتهم مثلما على الارض
فى قراه الكتب والاستماع الى الموسيقى او مشاهده الفضاء الخارجى من نوافذ المركبه والتقاط الصور او مشاهده الافلام والاتصال بالعائله
كذلك الرياضة هامة جداً فى الفضاء فبسبب إنعدام الجاذبية يصاب رواد الفضاء بتصلب فى المفاصل وضمور فى العضلات لقله استخدامها وينتاب القلب والاوعيه الدمويه خمول ويجب مقاومة هذه المخاطر بالرياضة اليومية
