جميعنا نحب أجسادنا حتى وإن كنا نعانى من مشاكل صحية أو سمنة ولكنها دائماً ما تكون عزيزة علينا .. ولكن هل تسائلت يوماً ماذا يحدث لهذه الطبقة المغلفة لروح بعد أن تعود روحك إلى خالقها ؟

جسدك يأكل نفسه
خلال 3 ايام تبدأ الأنزيمات المسؤولة عن الهضم فى معدتك فى إلتهام جسدك ذاته
فتقوم بكتريا المعدة فى إلتهام الخلايا نتيجة أرتفاع مستويات الحموضة بسبب تراكم ثانى أكسيد الكربون

جلدك يظل حى لأيام
تبقى خلايا الجلد حية لعدة أيام بعد الوفاة أما خلايا الدماغ فتموت بعد 3 دقائق من الموت وذلك لإنقطاع الأكسجين عنها فى حين تبقى خلايا العضلات حية لعدة ساعات

زرقة الجثث
عندما يتوقف القلب عن ضخ الدم تقوم الجاذبية بسحب خلايا الدم الحمراء إلى أسفل أجزاء الجسم فيتجمد الدم مسبباً كدمات بنفسجية تكون السبب الرئيسى فى زرقة لون الجثث بعد الموت , ويستخدم أطباء الطب الشرعى ذلك لتحديد وقت الوفاة

أنتفاخ الجثة
تنتج البكتريا الموجودة فى الجسم غاز نفاز يتسبب فى أنتفاخ الجثة , البطن وكيس الصفن والصدر واللسان هى الأجزاء التى تنتفخ فى الجسد فى حين تجحظ العينين للخارج

إنتصاب القضيب
إنكماش العضلات بسبب التخشب الموتى المعروف حول كيس الصفن والمثانة أيضاً قد يؤدى ذلك إلى إنتصاب القضيب , وغالباً ما يلاحظ ذلك أثناء الأعدام شنقاً تحديداً , حيث يقوم الحبل بتوجية الضغط نحو المخيخ

الشعر والأظافر
هناك أسطورة شهيرة تقول أن الشعر والأظافر يستمرون في النمو بعد الموت وهذا غير صحيح بالتأكيد
في الحقيقة أن ما يحدث مع توقف تدفق الدم هو أن الجلد يفقد رطوبته بعد الموت , هذا الفقد في الرطوبة يجبر البشرة والجلد على التقلص والإنكماش وهذا بدوره يكشف الشعر حتى البصيلات فيبدو الأمر وكأن الشعر مستمر في النمو وبنفس الطريقة تظهر الأظافر أكثر و تبدو وكأنها تنمو
