المقادير

كوب ونصف سميد فرخه او متوسط الخشونه
كوب ونصف سكر
نصف كوب طحين
نصف كوب لوز مطحون
نصف كوب جوز (عين الجمل) مطحون
ملعقه شاي وربع كركم (عقده صفراء)
ملعقه شاي ونصف بايكنغ باودر
كوب حليب بحراره الغرفه
نصف كوب زيت نباتي

تخلط المواد حتى التجانس التام ثم تسكب في قالب مدهون بالزيت وتخبز في فرن على حراره سفليه اولا بدرجه ٣٥٠ فهرنهايت ثم علويه بنفس الدرجه لحوالى الخمس دقائق

فور خروجه من الفرن يسقى بالعسل ويزين بالصنوبر المطحون
