الرز بحليب المزركش

الطريقه

ابشر برتقاله, ليمونه حامضه صفراء, وليمونه حامضه خضراء ثم افرم قشورها ناعما وضعها جانبا

ضع في طنجره نصف كوب رز ابيض مقشور او مصري مغسول جيدا واضف له كوبان ماء ثم شغل النار على حراره مرتفعه حتى الغليان, بعدها خفض الحراره لادنى درجه غليان ثم ضع الغطاء واترك الرز ينطهي لحوالى 20 دقيقه, عندها اطفيء النار واسكب 4 اكواب حليب سائل, كوب سكر, نصف كوب نشاء وحرك بمشبك حتى ذوبان النشاء كليا وشغل النار على حراره مرتفعه حتى الغليان واللزاجه مع التحريك الدائم وبمجرد اللزاجه خفض الحراره لادنى درجه غليان ثم اضف ربع ملعقه شاي مستكه مدقوقه مع سكر, ملعقه شاي ماء زهر وقشور الحمضيات المجهزه, قلبها لدقيقه او دقيقتين ثم اطفي النار واسكب فورا في الاكواب والف صحتين من قناه ايهاب بلانت
