It will soon be legal to sell marijuana for recreational purposes in the state of California so in anticipation the state Bureau of Cannabis Control has now established rules for how marijuana can be delivered. Jimmy is not OK with what he calls ‘The Pumpkin Spicing of America.’ He especially took issue with the pumpkin spice pizza introduced by the restaurant chain Villa Italian Kitchen.
