حلو الكريسماس: طريقة عمل البيتي فور
حلو الكريسماس: طريقة عمل البيتي فور

المقادير:

نصف كوب سمن
كوب سكر بودرة
2 بيضة
2 ملعقة بيكينج باودر
2 ملعقة فانيليا
ثلاث أكواب دقيق
الزينة : مربى حسب النكهة المفضلة
زينة حلويات “فارماسيل”
برش جوز الهند
فستق

طريقة التحضير:

نضع السكر في وعاء مع السمن ونخلطهم جيداً حتى الذوبان
نضيف البيضتين والفانيليا ونخفقهم جيداً
ثم نبدأ نضيف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر تدريجياً ونعجن الخليط جيداً
نقطع العجين قطع ونأتي بقالب بيتي فور ونبدأ التجهيز
وبعدها نشعل الفرن على درجة حرارة متوسطة ونضع القطع في الفرن حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي
ثم نرفعها من الفرن نتركها الى أن تبرد
نبدأ بدهن القطع بالمربي كل واحدة على حده أو نلصق كل قطعتين سوياً
نغمس الأطراف بزينة الحلويات “الفارماسيل” وبرش جوز الهند والفستق
