So this week he’s flipping out and taking a tumble with twice world acrobatic champion, founding member of Britain’s Got Talent winners Spellbound and celeb on BBC’s Tumble (phew!), Doug Fordyce!

Amongst all their acrobatics, they even get to chat about diet and nutrition that helps keep Doug at the top of his game!
