Although not Ford’s best-selling crossover, the Edge soldiers on as one of the few 2-row midsize crossovers on the market. After 4 years into its lifecycle, the second generation gets a heavy refresh for 2019. New this year is a performance ST variant, with up to 335 horses, an 8-speed transmission, and sport tuned suspension, it should add some spice into the family crossover segment.

Although crossovers have been taking the sales crown away from sedans in America, small cars have been getting a lot of attention in recent years. Kia now joins the party with an all-new version of their popular Forte sedan. With mini Stinger styling, a clean interior, and improved fuel economy, it should make quite the splash when it comes to market later this year.

As the second best-selling full size truck in America, an all-new version is a pretty big deal. Outside, Chevrolet has given the 2019 Silverado a much more bold look, especially if you opt for the new Z71 Trail Boss trim. The big news under the hood is the addition of a 3.0L straight-6 Duramax diesel option. It should help give Ford and Ram a run for their money.
