For nearly 30 years, the Lexus ES has consistently attracted luxury sedan shoppers wanted comfort, space, and value. Over the years, Lexus followed that same formula and the result in the best-selling Lexus sedan despite its very humble FWD Camry based roots. For 2019, Lexus hopes to inject a healthy dosage of youth to the mix with the very first F-Sport ES. It takes the sleek design from the flagship LS with nearly as much rear seat space as its much larger sibling. The 302 HP V6 still drives the front wheels, but the result of the new GA-K platform makes this 2019 model the sportiness ES Lexus has ever built.

With crossovers now replacing family sedans in America, there seems to be no shortage of choices in the small SUV segment. With a CR-V, RAV4. and Rogue being seen around every corner shoppers looking to not blend in have a few choices to pick. GMC’s Terrain has always filled that niche with its standout design and larger size. For the second generation, what it loses in weight and dimensions can be made up for in fuel efficiency and acceleration. Its unique exterior styling certainly helps as well, but just be aware that for not much more/similar money, you could also look at something with a true luxury badge.

Ever since the spindle grille was introduced about 5 years ago, Lexus has been dealing with quite a controversial backlash regarding their overdone new exterior styling. Most called it an overreaction to criticism regarding the bland characteristics of previous models.
